Firstly, talk to us about your design requirements and client direction.
Secondly, our engineer will collaborate with you on design, molding, packaging and more. We need to focus on the structural design not only considers the convenience of processing and installation, but also cares about the device’s maintenance of the user's daily use.
Thirdly, we make a prototype and sample for you to confirm the mold.
Fourthly, we do trial production to confirm product structure&crafting.
Finally, we do mass production and offer Quality Control Inspections to ensure consistent output and identify potential flaws before delivery.
